Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you access the site, the provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time) in server log files to ensure delivery and security; this may involve a transfer of data to the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Contact form
When you message me through the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address, message) in order to answer your enquiry. The form is embedded via the service Fillout; when the page loads, your IP address is already transmitted to Fillout. Fillout processes the data on my behalf on servers within the EU (Frankfurt) and under a data processing agreement; no transfer to third countries takes place. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. For any request, simply email contact@johannakoch.com.
